As a licensed counselor who feels a calling to do what I do, I believe counseling should be a place where compassionate care meets transformative change. As a highly qualified and dedicated professional, I am committed to providing effective counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and teenagers. With a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for helping people, I strive to empower my clients and guide them towards healthier, more fulfilling lives.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, I bring a solid foundation of expertise to my practice. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies with a concentration in Marriage and Families from Regent University. This ongoing commitment to education allows me to stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in the field, ensuring that my clients receive the most up-to-date and evidence-based approaches.
My counseling approach is centered on building a strong therapeutic relationship and providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns. I understand that each individual, couple, or family is unique, and I tailor my interventions to meet their specific needs. I use an eclectic and holistic approach, incorporating CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Structural and Strategic Family Therapy, Attachment Theory and other approaches when deemed necessary. Whether you’re struggling with communication issues, navigating through challenging life transitions, or dealing with personal and emotional difficulties, I am here to support you every step of the way.
Specializing in couples, family systems, individuals, and teenagers, and the LGBTQIA+ community, I have extensive experience addressing a wide range of concerns. I believe in an approach that considers the interplay between mental, emotional, and relational well-being. By delving into the underlying dynamics of your relationships and exploring the patterns that may be impacting your life, we can work together to develop healthier coping strategies, enhance communication skills, and foster personal growth.
