Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it takes courage to seek support when you need it. I’m Sam Mascis, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and I am here to help you navigate through those challenges. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with both adolescents and adults, guiding them through some of life’s toughest moments.
I have experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, PTSD/trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and more. I work with clients dealing with life transitions, low self-esteem, self-harming behaviors, and struggles unique to women and the LGBTQIA+ community. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and I approach therapy with empathy, compassion, and a commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and experiences.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, navigating a life transition, processing past trauma, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I am here to support you in finding your path forward. My approach is rooted in building a strong therapeutic relationship, where we can collaborate to explore your strengths, address your concerns, and work towards your goals.
I believe in your ability to grow, heal, and thrive, and together, we can create lasting, meaningful change. You don’t have to go through it alone—let’s take that first step together.
