I am Alyssa Thiem, My approach to therapy is focused on goal-setting and creating a plan to achieve those goals. I collaborate with my clients to determine what they are looking to gain from therapy, and we work together to find solutions that will lead to personal growth and positive change.
I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), as well as other modalities that best suit the individual client’s needs.
At Therapy Treatment Team, I provide a compassionate and empathetic space for my clients. My goal is to empower individuals to take control of their lives and overcome any obstacles they may be facing.
Together, we will work to figure out what is missing, or sometimes what there is too much of, and create a step-by-step plan to help you reach your goals.
