Hello! My name is Kerrie Budagher. I am currently an MSW, Registered, Clinical Social Work Intern. I believe that we are all one individual as seen by the world, but inside we are a system of parts that make up the whole of who we are. Every human being has experienced circumstances in childhood that shaped them. Some of those experiences shaped adverse beliefs about ourselves, others and how we view the world, and negatively impacted our attachment to both ourselves and others. As we continue on our journey of life we experience a variety of circumstances, opportunities, traumatic events that further shape us. Sometimes, we find ourselves perplexed about the path forward. I primarily practice Internal Family Systems, an approach designed toward personal discovery, acceptance of the self and all of our parts, healing parts that are stuck, exiled.
Whether you are a child attempting to understand emotional regulation and focus, a young adult curious about your identity, an individual with significant adverse childhood experiences, a couple drifting apart, a person in the later years of life, whatever the circumstance discovery and healing is possible.
