I’m Melissa Painter, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping people navigate tough times and live their best lives. I offer a holistic approach to counseling that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I have experience working with people of all ages – from 3 to 70+. I offer a variety of counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups both online and in person.

At Therapy Treatment Team, I work with individuals dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, terminal illness, trauma, and more. I’m here to help you navigate through tough times and get you back on track to living your best life.

I use a variety of techniques tailored to your specific needs and goals. Some of the counseling modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused, and Client-Centered.
