Hello, I’m Casey Portner, and I’m honored to serve as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and managing partner of Therapy Treatment Team. I have a deep passion for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care to achieve their goals. I’m also committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our team of highly trained, compassionate counselors who work tirelessly to help our clients transform their lives.

That’s why I’m dedicated to building programs that not only meet the needs of our clients but exceed their expectations. With a focus on continuous improvement and a deep sense of empathy for those seeking help, I’m committed to leading TTT in our mission to help our clients achieve lasting wellness and fulfillment.
I’m a Certified Addictions Professional and hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, as well as a master’s degree in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University. As the owner of Portner Counseling Group (PCG), which operates Counseling of Southwest Florida (CSWFL), a successful private outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment program, I’m proud to have effectively served Collier County since 2006.
As a licensed therapist and addictions specialist, I administer mental health programs at TTT. My focus is to maximize the opportunities for our team of highly trained, passionate, and experienced counselors to effect change in the lives of our clients. I take great pride in my ability to create awareness and connections between the community and our counseling program, and my commitment is to work tirelessly to ensure that everyone looking for mental health help gets it through TTT.
